Disappointed in myself. I've been eating extremely bad as of late and not listening to what my mind tells me to do. I need to get rid of the bad food in the house and stop buying it when I go to the store. I've been saying it for weeks but I really need to refocus.
In good news I ran a 5K over the weekend in my fastest time ever...24:51! I did it wearing a Santa Suit also. :-)

I need to start tracking my weight again because I tend to not weigh myself when i'm eating bad. At least if I weigh myself i'll be more conscious of what my eating is doing.
