Man I did the biggest no no today...I ate a big mac, french fries, and 2 sodas because I had to take someone to the er today. now im going to have to bust my butt working out for the rest of the week. ugg.

Sometimes when we are doing things for which we can't control the timing (like taking someone to the ER) we do what we need to do. I am learning a lot here on FS about being a bit kinder to myself about these things than I am wont to. And you TRACKED it...that's actually huge. You're keeping things front & center even when you may not want to. Day by day by day. That's what we do. Hang in there!

a big mac sounds delish ;) but you know what you cant dodge what life throws at you sometimes. maybe next time get a salad and a burger without cheese or mayo and just eat one bun? that's what I do when I'm in a pickle. Or at wendy's I'll get a chili which is filling and one of their lowest calorie stuff!

that is too funny i get chili all the time at wendy's because it is warm & only 99 cents. i had no clue about the calories
