Ok. The last 2 weeks I haven't been following anything very well. I have had family coming and going. I will be doing better on the 1st of January forward. I will exercise everyday and stick to my diet. I have lost 2 pounds since my last weigh in and I don't know how because I have been eating junk food. I will do better from this time forward. I really want to lose the weight. I feel better when I don't have as much weigh on.
