Good afternoon everyone,
I have something i need help with. I am getting burned out on eating avocados. I need suggestions of what i could try to replace the good fat and fiber that is in them to eat for breakfast. I have thought about just not eating any for a few weeks to see if that helps. Please give me your thoughts and/or suggestions.
Thanks,
Tina

How well will the nuts go with cottage cheese for breakfast?

Adding some peanuts to stir fries are good. Have you tried Jiff Whipped peanut butter? It's a little lower in calories (than regular peanut butter) and so good. You can put it on toast for breakfast with a banana on top.
