Happy Hump Day to all my FS buddies, and everyone on the site. I am not going to lie when I tell you that I am my biggest critic. It takes me a long time to realize what progress I have done. But I do notice them. I listen to everyone on this site, how they talk about what they are doing and how things are progressing. It is motivating. I also see that I am not alone when others don't see the progress that they are making. I actually took a look at my profile. Saw where I was and now where I am. I am proud of the hard work that I have put into this. I know that I still have a long way to go. I am not looking at having the next 40 pounds gone by the end of this summer. I am putting a realistic goal of next summer to be down the 40 pounds I have left. But there is a small problem. Once I hit that goal.... then what? Then comes the next goal. I have been thinking a lot about what that next goal will be. I am not allowed to run, so that is out. I will keep doing my exercises, my cardio, and keep enjoying my life. When I get down to 200 pounds, which is under my goal weight, I want to start training for Ninja Warrior. There is a facility by my house that has the equipment to train for it. Right now, it isn't a good idea, but once I lose the extra weight, and build the muscle, I would love to train for it. I don't every imagine making the show, I may not get the medical clearance with some of my issues, but I think that training to do the course will be an excellent way to keep my motivation going.
