Day one of half carbing is in the books. It was difficult but I did it. I am aiming for between 70 and 100 total carbs. I hit 82. However, I was at half of my calorie intake. I didn't hit 1000. 😳. I have to find a balance. I miss my bread. But I did it and was successful. Hopefully this weekend will be good to me as well. Have a great weekend my FS family.

You may want to add some healthy fats perhaps...a little avocado, a small handful of raw almonds? And, perhaps increase the protein - hard boiled egg?

That is my big downfall . The dreaded cars . Looks I am going to try and take a leaf out of your book and half my cars intake .xx
