todays weight, gained a pound from yesterday, kind of depressing, but really with the pound a day losses I expected something like this to happen. Just reminds me to really be careful of what I am eating today, and not to get discouraged on small gains here and there. Still 7 pounds down in a week and a half, so really I shouldnt complain too much :). Goal today, drink lots of water, havent been drinking enough this week. 3 of my 32 ounce water bottle should do it. Going to do some pilates today, have been telling myself this for days, but today is the day, Im going to do it. Im going to keep these losses going!
