c25k w4d2 in the rain again, just kind of barely drizzling to start out, a little more by the time I got done, then went out on bike and during that it seemed rainier, could just be I am moving faster and accumulating more raindrops on my glasses. anyhow, the run was fine, and I used the bike ride to measure distance. I didn't do a fabulous job on keeping time, but I estimate my overall run/walk time to be 40 minutes. total distance covered was 2.68 miles. distance covered in the first 5 min interval was .31 miles. so for run intervals that works out to a ~16 minute mile or 3.72 mph. I am slow, but that's OK, I will get faster. if you take out 16 minutes running (5 + 5 + 3 + 3), and assuming a constant running pace, take out .99 miles, that leaves 1.69 miles in 24 minutes walking = 4.2mph. well, that can't be right. I am going to guess that my total distance is less than what I measured on the bike. Probably I did not go the full 2 blocks back and forth on some of the passes. But the running pace should be about correct.

ok, only 3 more workouts before the big 20 minute interval on w5d3. o_O
