It's a fabulous Thursday morning. All I can say is YAY! Lots to be excited about today. I had an unofficial weigh in today (not recording in here, cuz Monday is my official day), and the result was a nice even 268. I am not sure what to attribute this to. Is it to the higher weights while training, or maybe the GNC Burn 60 supplement I am taking, or a combination of the two? Whatever it is due to, I am grateful. I am seeing a wonderful drop, and so is my wife. The scale keeps going down for her too. The next thing to be excited for is I finally get an entire weekend off!!!! Since I started my newer second job, I have worked every weekend. It will be nice to have a fun weekend with my wife and our friends. Saturday we are going to Dave and Busters. Me and my buddies are hitting the golf simulator, while our significant others are going to be playing games. This way everyone gets to enjoy themselves. Then one of my best friends is having a baby shower on Sunday. Can't wait to go and support her for that. She deserves all the wonderful joy that a baby will bring in her life. I am so happy for her. Well, every one have a great day. I love all you FS people!!!! You are the best!!!!

I do the same thing, JD...official weigh ins on Mondays and a sneak peak that is left undocumented on Thursdays. It helps me to know where I am for the week and whether or not I am on track, without me getting scale obsessive. It is awesome to hear that both you and your wife are doing this together and that you are both seeing the success! Enjoy your weekend with your wife and friends!
