gooooooood mornin...woke up early...guess i got the sleep i needed...spent the day at brians helpin him in the yard an after lunch cut trees an loaded the chunks in truck...5 loads of brush in the morning..lots of bending over an walking....1 load of wood...same exercises...with the 80s yesterday sweat off 2 pounds of water...so easy for weight to go up or down just due to water intake...well getting ready to do a morning walk an then eat breakfast...get this day started off right....

no bren actually him an his wife have a home in the country and there is always something to do to keep up with it...i enjoy helpin him as its always a great workout that i wouldnt get if i didnt go...

I hear ya Loosin, we live on a farm and there is always something that
needs to be done...fence fixing new gates feeding the cows in the winter etc...and yes thats a good way to get in some extra exercise and some fresh air...Have a great day buddy......Bren
