Induction Day 5. An eensy teensy gain (.2), but I'm good with that because the body fat% went down. I think I was very dehydrated yesterday when I weighed in, so I made it a point to keep drinking water all day until my pee looked like water!

I plan on really maximizing the next 3 days before Wednesday's weigh in to see what I can do. I was sooo good last night at dinner. The place we go to knows us, almost too well, they always want me to sing Karaoke on Saturday night's on get the machine ready and tell me when it will be. They were also wondering why I didn't want any wine. Lol.

But I digress. So they have Half off Sushi Tuesday through Saturday, which is a great deal! We only ordered Nigiri, and I only ate the fish. I had 5 different ones - tuna, salmon, snapper, hamachi and scallop. They also always give us free broiled tuna cheek which is so very yummy! If you frequent a sushi bar and actually sit at the bar, ask for it. They will typically have some in the back, either salmon or tuna cheek. They know what to do with it - just order it! I also had a salad with their house dressing. All in all, very good and not too damaging at all as far as carbs go.

It's a beautiful day out, I wish I could exercise, but my knee is not cooperating yet. It's about as stubborn as my mother is! It will have to get in line soon, as this inactivity may get the best of me! So off to finish errands today. And then coming home later to make some yummy broiled salmon for dinner with broccoli.

Thanks, Jen! I'm doing great on the eating, just so frustrating not being able to be active. This is especially hard for someone who was used to running, biking, playing volleyball, working out etc on a pretty regular basis. Just have to get through physical therapy and hopefully get the green light soon.
