For the month of September I decided to have my own challenge of "No Meat Thursdays" and I felt pretty good at the end of the day. But first thing all I could think of was have some eggs over easy on wholegrain toast. So I made it at home. After I finished eating and cleaning up the dishes; my phone "gonged" and reminded me that I was supposed to be at a breakfast meeting in 15 minutes. HA! I already had breakfast.
