Good morning to my FS friends. Hope you all are doing well. Just wanted to check in and say hello. Nothing new to report on my end. Tonight I will be posting some measurements so hopefully there is some change there. But I will just have to wait and see. Trying to take the measurements at the same time. Well, time to get going on this Hump Day at work. Shouldn't be too hard to do. The morning workout usually gets me going. Going to go walking at lunch today. If it stays warm, maybe go for a walk outside as opposed to the mall. Have a great day everyone.

It is so nice out! I just went for a walk myself. It is nice to get in the fresh air- in February!!

I know right?!?! I went for a 1.5 mile walk. That added to my 2.45 miles on the elliptical this morning makes for a tired me. I will probably hit the gym in the morning and ride the bike for 30 minutes too. Here's to hoping some good exercise to kick start the weight loss. I think it will be coming soon. I have a feeling.
