JDbowler's Journal, 13 January 2016

Wow! Today is the first day in about two years that I just concentrated on a single area of my body when working out. My arms are on FIRE!!! But it's a great feeling. Here's to keeping up with the working out and killing it today. Each day that I go is a win. Today is a win. However, I am now rethinking working my biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Today we are having a bowling outing at work. I am going to be very sore tomorrow. Have a great day today.

Thanks Lindsey. I will see you (well the other dietitian) next Wednesday. Tomorrow is weigh in day. Hopefully I have lost a little. Counting down one pound at a time.
