That looks so tasty. How long have you been doing a low fat diet? Is it working for you? I tried this when I first started minding my weight and a low fat diet caused all kinds of side effects including very low LDL cholesterol and hormone problems.

@aw123x In terms of weight loss and such it def worked well, tho it wasn’t exactly intentionally low fat, moreso just choosing foods that you get better amounts for less calories. My fat intake was def a bit low tho, so I’ve been making sure to hit a certain amount each day now- as for cholesterol levels and all that, no clue as I haven’t had any bloodwork done lol.
