No loss this month yet due to one imperfect day. No FAIR! LOL. At least I haven't gained. Hopefully, I'll get a drop soon. Salmon, beef, parm, tomato, sour cream. I was hungry early today. Have a great day!

Stormgirl, it was OK. It is all leftovers that are past their prime from the freezer. That's ok. Eat to live, not live to eat... right?
