Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Thursday….

Always learning and passing it along to anyone interested…as we live in a time that some doctors are waking up..to the reality that food is poisoning them..just like it is their patients…that a lot of the patients try to do the right thing..but if the doctor is behind in his knowledge…he’s not much help…I’m lucky in the fact that my doctor…which 10 months ago was worried about cholesterol….now has changed gears and has started carnivore…and sees how when I do less carbs..I do better…he was telling me at one time…my cholesterol was to high…and statins was the only option..I proved I could get my cholesterol down ..if given the time…it’s nice to have someone that wants to learn…lol…

My girlfriend had a pus pocket under her tongue that was caused from lose dentures..that was taken care of yesterday..she’s on the mend…as well as my sister that fell yesterday…and dislocated a shoulder..that to has been fixed…both are healing…my stress level has came back down…my scales were up today..due to binging last night before bed..today is a new day..with new possibilities…it’s life….

☕️ is gone..time to head downstairs to girlfriends for morning devotion…then breakfast…
