Today was really hard. I ALMOST BLEW IT. last Saturday, i had a box of those candy almonds. I proceeded to get diarrhea for 2 days, but I had no problem getting back on plan the next day. Now, Wednesday, I'm having those sugar withdrawls, I think. Major cravings for pizza and donuts. i had to do a serious deep dive into my brain. I gave myself a peptalk of all the things I've heard here.... don't do it. it won't taste that good. it will set me back another week. you'll get fat again, don't fall into old bad habits, just stop! after about 3 hours of sitting on my butt watching my TV shows that I missed, the feeling went away. wow. that's a FIRST. I NEED to go back to the beef only diet for this last stretch I think. the beans I added had me on the toilet too. they were yummy but seriously 😅 note to self, I've lost the weight, I've learned what works, i think the last 10 and v maintenence are going to be even harder. I've got it in me. i know I do. I'm under some stress and didn't sleep so, that was probably the trigger. I hope we all get a good night's sleep tonight!
