Today I'm having an egg omelette with beef bologna, Wisconsin cheese, a pear, and drinking low sodium V8 juice. what a beautiful sunny day today I'm so thankful for all of my friends and loved ones.  

Delicious meal. And yes, I am so grateful too. We're blessed beyond measure
