would you recommend owning chickens? spouse really wants them, but i didn't grow up with farm animals, like he has so idk whats all involved or, if itsa easy or worth it.

It’s easy any worth every egg I get plus there fun to me 5 ladies and they come to me I held them while baby chicks.

Maintenance level depends on the number of chickens. Keep it at around 5 n it’ll be easy. They just need a house with bedding, some feed depending how big your backyard is and they’ll take your table scraps no problem

My Art teacher friend has a bunch of chickens. Her husband built her a nice chicken coop. I do apt living but would love to own chickens one day.
