Small pop 4mins into a run yesterday. I'm still limping today, but it is a bit better.

Walking is getting better. So, probably Soleus and not tendon. I don't want to push through the pain and rupture a tendon like my bicep.

Thanks. It was scary because it felt very similar to my bicep tendon snapping. And the achilles tendon is not an easy/quick recovery. My relay marathon is 18 days away. Looks like I might be walking my 4 mile. Injuries suck.
