haven't bothered much to keep track for a couple days. I woke up the day before yesterday n the scale said I'd gained but I couldn't figure out why.. and then I started showing signs of the first period I've had in a year. 🤔 I thought a year without meant that I was done with that whole scene but now I'm wondering if my recent change in diet, to remove toxic additives from my grocery list, has somehow rebooted my system? 🤯 I'm curious to see if this is just an oddly timed last hurrah of my reproductive system (I suppose I could blame that eclipse that came by last week, lol) or if this is gonna happen again next month.. 🙃 ..but at least I can safely blame the small weight gain on bloating, lol, and not beat myself up for not sticking to the plan, lol. 😅
