Hello everyone. How are you? It is night right now, 02.20. I can't sleep at the moment because of the severe pain in my shoulder and right arm. I had an idea to have around 12 days to try The Oatmeal Diet. My plan will be a little bit different: it will be the hal of a cup of oatmeal for breakfast with a little bit of skimmed milk and blueberries, 1 cup of coffee , for lunch the same as breakfast. Dinner is 3 roast chicken drumsticks or 2 frankfurter style sausage + broccoli or fine beans and bowl of salad.
So, before the 22nd of March ( the first day of my Oatmeal Diet ) my all numbers are:
♡ current weight - 101.9 kg ♡ start weight. - 116 kg ♡ goal. - 95 kg ♡ remaining. - 6.9 kg
After 12 days, I will write the results of my experiment. I hope this diet will work for me 😃
