Up and down, up and down. Oye!

Awesome thing though, on Saturday I went for a 4 mile walk and my hrm said I burned 894 calories!!!

How is that possible?? I run for six miles all out and burn like 590. Teach me how you do it.

I don't know! I wear a hrm monitor though. Could be that I am heavier than you are. Plus it warm outside, and there were hills. My heart rate got up there!

I want to walk where you walk. I only burn 450 when I walk 4 miles!
