My husband had to look at the scale twice this morning.. in almost three weeks he has dropped 20 lbs. He was pushing 220 when we started and he is right at 200 as of this morning! WOW.

For me, only 6 pounds so far. Which is so funny because I have stuck to the plan much more strictly than he has. But he does work a very physically demanding job so he is definitely burning more calories.

It has been fun doing this together. We hold each other accountable and push each other through the tough cravings. Last night, he wanted milk and popcorn.. this morning I had to fight myself from stealing a couple of bites of my daughter's cereal... but we are holding strong.

I need to spend some time this weekend researching some new recipes because our choices are becoming tiresome and we definitely need to mix it up.

6 pounds in 3 weeks is great progress! you can't necessarily compare yourself to your husband. it's wonderful that you have each other's support. keep on doing what you're doing!

Had a 11 oz rib eye from long horn and creamed spinach and salad my once a week treat to myself.
