so I did another blood test for my kidney, its come back the same had a chest with the doc they think it's because I take a lot of ibuprofen as my knee is painful with arthritis, got to stay off em for a mo th n have another blood test, so watch what ur taking for pain might be causing more damage xx

Staying off the ibuprofen, got a gel for my knee so far so good, lost 1.6lb so fingers crossed can stay on track as I no the more I lose the less weight on my knee, but when u enjoy food it's hard, but after my little scare maybe It's what I needed who knows xx
