Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Saturday l.lol

Rode yesterday…gotta say…breaking in my butt again..no fun…but enjoying the ride/workout was nice…

Rating outside …set in sun yesterday..soaked up some sun..so nice…50 in December..hard to be in Xmas mood ..when it’s so warm outside….several Xmas trees 🌲 set up..as the facility always has a contest showing several 🌲…

More residents are coming out of quarantine…tables in cafertia…aren’t people less…unfortunately…looking like most will catch it this time…

Todays plan…walking…upper body…give my butt some recovery time…lol…not really my butt..between my legs…had a chamois riding bib on…but longer rides…seem to do that when I’ve not rode in a while…just another challenge to win…

Well..almost weigh in time…☕️time as well…

Quieting my mind…and not falling to sleep is becoming easier…
