Starting again! I want to weigh 150 lbs by March 2024, the weight on my Driver License.
Goal of 6000 Steps per day. Squats, Legs, Arms 100 per day. Eat sensibly.
This new goal should be attainable. I could always create a new goal once that one is achieved.
