It will be 11 months since my husband passed this next week. For the last year I chose to eat anything I wanted. I believe it was from depression, boredom, loneliness, etc. But, I am trying again to lose weight.

No specific diet, I am just trying to pray hard, make better food choices and cut down on the sweets. I love chocolate candy.
