Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Lack of sleep last night…lack of recovery…let the ☕️ flow begin…just resisted yesterday…but one of the nicest guys here with dementia..his family moved his belongings out of his room to a new facility…it was sad…and I’m thinking that affected my sleep….the part of living here…that you …I don’t kno how the staff handles it….he moved in after us…but he was friends with the man that lived next door to us..before we moved here…he will be missed for sure…

More awake today..and only on first ☕️…lol..plan to ride today since I took yesterday off…got my walking in…as usual…

Weight has been really high …shockingly high….enjoying mashed potatoes and gravy…cakes an pies..just eating and not caring…I think my body needed that to make me realize I can no longer have that and keep the weight off…going to fess up on scale reading…something that’s hard to do..no one enjoys the up swings…part of life…and learning…

I don’t work my upper body till tomorrow..and I actually miss that…just feel so good after that upper body routine…but trying to give different body parts recovery time….something I wasn’t doing….

Well…time to move..get some walking started…eat breakfast..then do a ride on trainer…
