I bought this yesterday. I want to try to make fresh peanut butter. I don't know what I will use it for other than that.

My air fryer and Instapot both get used a lot. And my blender is used multiple times daily. We shall see if this was a good investment or not.

I use mine to shed or slice veggies, cheese, make muffin dough, protein pancakes, blend oats into flour. Probably my favorite kitchen gadget!

Realistically, all we haven't used ours for: salsa, and manicotti filling! I used it to crushed graham crackers for a pie crust. Egg salads when the deviled eggs didn't work out when peeling....
Lettuce know how the Peanut Butter recipe works out. That would be awesome if it works out!! I haven't tried that yet. Otherwise, I used to use a masticating grinder for homemade butters (almond, cashew, macadamia, and peanut) I'll get the brand name of the machine, my dad still has it.
Last I knew, you were beginning this crazy work shift. How has that been going for you??

Thanks, Dazey. I'm looking forward to experimenting with it.
I did take the job, but I only work as needed. They refuse to increase the pay to what we deserve. So, I refuse to work more than a couple shifts each month. My wife's salary has gone up $14/hr in the past 6 years. Mine has gone up $3/hr in 10 years. This is unacceptable. They need to double our salary or they need start allowing us to accept tips. Bidenomics is not working.
