It's been a nice morning so far. I got up before 5, fed Bobby and the cats, gave the biggest cat, Marco his insulin and by then be porch kitty was waiting for her food. Let Bobby outside a little past 6 when it was starting to get light. I was still really tired and was surprised I was able to go back to sleep for about 2 hours! Woke up and Bobby and the cats were all sleeping too. I get up so early because the cats have decided breakfast is early,they would like it at 4am but I make them wait until after 5.
I usually try to post my weight on Sunday. I'm determined today lose something this week! Since I over ate on Wednesday, and showed a 2+ pound gain on Thursday, I have been doing a no solid food diet Thursday, Friday and today. I had a protein shake yesterday and have been drinking water, coffee, milk, raspberry ice tea, and a little bit of cranberry juice. I've also had tomato soup. I like doing this once in awhile. I feel better when I have an empty stomach, don't like feeling full. But with all the liquids I don't feel hungry.
