Sad and frustrated.. mid week scale check showed no loss and today weight went up..
My guts are playing serenades after each dinner and this constant bloat..
No big changes in my menu so no scoobey what's going on here..

You have come such a long way! Don't be sad. Are you in maintenance now? That is hard in a different way to weight loss.

Thanks Anne, I was in maintenance for a year or so, yup it's hard work and I didn't make it, so now trying to go back where I was.. Honestly losing 50kg back then was easier than losing 5kg now, this is just a nightmare.. I'm usually below 1200cal a day, drinking around 3l water and first it stopped, now stomach is playing funny games.. I'm starting probiotic today and I might start drinking golden flax again as I remember it was helping before.. But just tired of it all at the moment.. 🫥

Muscle weighs more than fat, does your scales tell you your muscle mass?

Don't trust the scales, could be water retention, increased muscle mass or general bloating. You're doing your best I'm sure

My diet has stalled as well. It is frustrating. It is harder losing the smaller amounts of weight. I have stupid amounts of bloating so my tummy is still as big as when I started!

They all stall it won’t go down every time if you do everything right just stick with it and it will move again

Yes Aguuulek, maintenance is a never ending chore. 🙂 I have a small helping of flax seeds in my porridge most days and vert rarely get stomach problems. A little and often works for me.

Don’t worry. I’ve been told, to obtain your true weight, you should take a reading every day and take an average. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Take care.
