No you might even look leaner. It’s water in the muscles. Unlike glycogen it won’t further retain sodium also. For people with higher bodyfat it will look like their fat increases cuz of the muscles inside the fat is increased therefore pushes the fat out more. And with a heavy layer of fat they can’t see the definition. It’s the opposite if you are on the leaner side

I found the recumbent stepper boring as heck, that is until I got a wireless headset and tuned into one of my favourite stations on Radiobox. Now the only challenge is to not sing along while I'm doing my thing in public. Makes time whiz buy.
