Cake n coffee for preworkout

Lol the cover looks much better!! But it reminded of the Coconut cake from this restaurant I had which is an hour away from me... but their coconut cake is so good!! Fluffy creamy and just the amount of sweetness needed! This one is 3x the sweetness lol so I’m like yea I could only eat it for preworkout and the coffee was unsweetened with a dash of milk so soften the sweetness from the cake 😂 But coffee is on another lvl!! I could feel my system waking up!! Crazier than the pills by 3x. How much caffeine is in a cup of coffee? I used Nescafé and a healing spoonful

Question - how far before your workout do you eat that?

For me, simple carbs. Meaning no fiber, quick digestive carbs around 20 minutes around 15-25 minutes before. Sometimes I have to poo so it’ll be on the upper end.

Cheesepuff I am a coffee virgin. But I’ve been taking 200mg of caffeine for preworkout! But coffee kicks different? Lol I might have to switch to coffee. Cuz workout was good!!

in a 6oz cup: decaf ~2mg dark roast ~90mg med roast ~100 light roast ~120 -pushes up glasses- 🤓 I like coffee.

Cheesegobbler, had to do some pulmonary tests today. Couldn't have any caffeine or chocolate for the last 24 hours! What are they trying to do to me?! I need my caffeine! Supergaiz, if I'm going to eat cake Id have to choose chocolate!👍👍

I make my own pre workout, I add a few supplements to some water and done. A lot of the pre workouts in the stores don’t have enough, or the right dosages, of the ingredients in it for it to effectively work. I love raw honey before a workout too! Coffee and cake sounds good too though! Lol

Lol yea I can’t really compare to the preworkout out there. I’ve never taken it before, but that’s cuz I like knowing everything about the stuff I put into my body. And there’s too much ingredients for me to dig up all of them lol so I don’t. But I hear baking soda is good for preworkout. Wonder if anyone tried it?

10mg of Tadalafil (Cialis) is great before a workout as well. Really maximizes the blood flow to the muscles. 👍

I’m the same way super…. Never tried the baking soda. @getting cut that’s a good way to get “hard” muscles! 😂🤣😂

Definite the athlete will be training harder 😏 lol is there bad side effects to it? I’ve seen kids on TikTok taking that. Could you buy it like supplements?

I've been doing alot of serious investigation on supplements lately especially preworkouts and u know what I came up with...that all these supplement companies only put so much of one or another and there is never that one product that has it all... probably cause they want u to buy everything separate from them so I gotta take a pump preworkout and u gotta take a stim preworkout and u gotta take creatine monohydrate preworkout and u gotta get your carbs preworkout and should get some protein intake as well preworkout...so why not add it all to one big a** shake and down that baby...because then u would be buying one product instead of 5😒...I'm bout to start sourcing it all and making my own like Kennyn27 said...
