I went to my now monthly meeting with my nutritionist yesterday. I did better than expected, especially since 20 days of the month we were on vacation. I lost 1.2 lbs, measurements were as follows: resting biceps, R 12.3, L 12.1., waist 30, hips, 36.6, thighs, R 21.3, L 21.1. I was pretty pleased. Now we are planning my upcoming bulk and cut. I wanted to start now but my nutritionist wants to wait until I see Endocrinologist as a few things came back on my blood work that pertain to my liver function and iron levels.She wants me to take creatine and apparently it can affect your liver. Best to be safe so I'll discuss with Dr on Monday. In the meantime, I will keep to my usual WOE and fitness routine. NSV, while I was sitting at our dining table and 2 nights in a row my husband commented; on how defined my biceps were. He never noticed stuff like that so it made me feel good!

Awwh!! I love that he noticed your biceps!! You are doing great and awesome on the weight loss! I took creatine last summer and fall and noticed a difference in my muscles and it helped my soreness. That is also when I got my goal of bench pressing 100#. I have since lost that so would be curious to see if that would help me again. You will gain a little when starting out but I took 1/2 dosage the first couple of weeks and then upped it to full dosage. I want to go back on it but waiting to talk to my doctor before I do. I am so anxious to hear about your bulk and how it goes. Our measurements are so close. My resting biceps R 11, L 10 3/4, Waist 31, hips 36, thighs R20" L 20" We must be sisters! LOL

Red porch, I've often thought that, ( sisters part) we seem to be on same track in many ways!💜 I am curious about creatine. I had my hair done yesterday and my hairdresser just started on it a couple of weeks ago. She said to be prepared as it makes you a bit puffy. She is already buff so I'm excited to see how it goes for her.

Glen, thank you! That was sweet. Katsolo, I agree. I trust my endocrinologist and I appreciate that my nutritionist is always so knowledgeable about my issues and she never recommends anything until she researches it.💜
