First the scale isn't moving, and now I am losing too fast. I've lost almost 2 lbs in 4 days-probably not good. So upping my calorie intake a little.

Today will be really busy as I have a lot of errands to run, and I really need some new running shoes. I can hardly wear the ones I have because after a short while my feet are killing me.
