Another thing to note. True weight when cutting is higher and vice versa when bulking. At least it is for me. So if you ate at maintenance for two days, the cutting shot is maybe closer to 185 and the bulking shot closer to 181 which makes the difference even bigger.

Very true Diablo. But I think that’s too advanced, it might confused a lot of people. I agree with your assessment. If I ate at maintenance I would have gain 2-3lbs. But see, most people think eating carbs = scale going up = fat. When it’s actually filling up your muscles with glycogen. So I think that part will get lost on most 😂

Yea basically this is just showing the change from going up 10lbs and back down 10lbs. While lifting.

I still want to try this but I feel like I'll have a hard time with the bulking part. It's definitely a difference!👍

Diana you’re an inspiration already! I just hope to be as badass as you when I grow up. But if you do, I would recommend a very modest surplus. It will be a slow gain so maybe it won’t mess with your head as much. Use your workouts to gauge the growth.
