well I made it through day 1! Yippee, feels good but it was not without temptations! One of my bosses brought in 2 different kinds of Biscotti and I miss my coffee with 'fake' flavored creamer, but it says to limit coffee or tea to 1 cup with meals no cream. So I figured it would be a good time to get off the 'fake' sugar free, chemical full creamer. I will allow myself uncaffine tea/herb/tea as wanted during the day since it does say uncaffine soft drinks are ok and I only drink seltzer water as a soft drink. I was going to list the foods in the meal section but I really don't want to get that detailed, Basically the grapefruit/mayo diet is; 1/2 grapefruit or 8 oz juice with each meal, BF is GF, 2 eggs 2 sl bacon, tea. Lunch GF, salad any dressing & meat, tea. Dinner GF, salad or green or red vegie (with butter), meat & tea. night snack glass tomato juice. I'm also taking a multi vit, oreganol, fish oil, vit c & vit D. certain vegies are not allowed, mostly the white starchy ones. It is suggest to go on this woe for 12 days then off for 2. My kids are here for the weekend, which is normally a big temptation time for me, but I will take it one day at a time and feel I can do this! I miss chatting with folks here, I wonder if there is anyone from my past time still here? If so, please comment :-) Take care to ALL in FS-Land.
