What do you make in it? 

I have one too! Just plug it in to usb and charge it and ready to use 

I make all kinds of smoothies. Something as simple as one banana with low-fat milk and ice tastes amazingly fresh. Sometimes I'll throw in chia seeds or a protein drink. My kids use it for milkshakes too.

Bearnoggin thanks for asking not good surgery was postponed for now because due to the fact that that I'm too fat 😕 all my numbers are off again especially my blood pressure. Surgeon said is not safe and my gallbladder can wait since it's not blocked they referred me to weightloss Surgeon instead. I'm furious and disappointed in myself. Anyways how are you doing? I hope better than I am.

My main use for it is too make smoothies or protein shake in the morning has a meal replacement no sugar added in hope to not spike my blood sugar to early and reduce my calorie intake. Another thing I want to try soon is salad dressing and a juice cleanse one of my favorite is pineapple and celery juice amazing diuretic. It's awesome to make single servings quickly. I have a blender bottle the one with a metal ball in it never really liked it this one is definitely an upgrade.
