Maybe there is something to this adequate rest dayz to over compensate... apparently I never did 245 for incline before. The app gave me a weight pr and it surprised me so I traced it back to my bulk days and I never did 245 before and I just got 8 reps! 🤔🤔🤔

What I can tell you from my own personal experience is that some of my best jumps in performance have come after a couple days off and sometimes after a crap workout the day before. So yeah, there’s probably a little something to it. 😉

nice that's some serious weight 👍 I'm always so excited after 3 or 4 days off to get back to it thinking I'm going to do Great and it's always a disappointment lol this every other day full body has been the best split I've tried yet

Yea I remembered when I sprained my rear delt I was forced to take 3 days out and then came back weaker. But I think it was due to it still lingering a little bit. I was able to dropset everything and there was some movements that I could have pushed for more... takes a lot of mental power. But after a set of squats I felt if I had dropset it I would have passed out 🤣

Lol cheesepuff the last rep on the incline it nearly pinned me! 🤣🤣 it wasn’t easy and took all my energy to push it up. Seems like I can’t do dropsets on squats n deads tho thats blacking out territory. The last rep on the 1st of squats had me lightheaded. Rex n the pups doesn’t even spot me.... they sleep!

Yea I think I’m gonna change it to hang cleans only. Since I do ohp press anyways lol and it felt more cardio than it did muscular

yep i have been goibg superhard at gym no breaks have eased up to include rest days now have been watching you rube clips about over training which really helped as i can be quite obsessive once i focus on something
