Tom that’s about as far as my legs will split! You’ll need a winch to pull them out any further lol yes it’s 455, my sumo is rising... albeit slow, but I found out I almost pass out several times doing heavier than this. Cutting cals n heavy deads don’t mix too good

🤣 he’s popular for a reason, it’s to keep the fantasy of David vs Goliath alive I guess. There’s a crowd apparently a big one that’s hopeful for those things

I actually did think about doing the stuff he does but a little heavier. But he uses so many different bumper plates that it’s kinda hard to break down. Sometimes he gives you good angles so you could see the weight, other times not
