Feel so FAT! Ugh! Go away TOM!
I've gotta get myself back on track. I just feel miserable! Back to lo carbing, too. That SCD with eating beans for every meal just didn't work for me, even though I didn't eat that many. I did much better eating a tons of veggies and protein and cheese. But I'm sticking with the 1 cheat day on the weekend since that didn't seem to affect me adversely.
And now, off to play sand volleyball in 100 degree heat. This better sweat out a lot of calories! Then running in the morning.
