I started Fat Smash last Monday so I am on Day 7 of the 9 day detox. I know I have lost weight and look forward to getting on the scale (the plan says not to until detox is over). This is a radical change to my diet which included little veggies and fruit, but I am working it! I am looking forward to reintroducing chicken, seafood, and meat (and diet soda!) to my diet on Wednesday!
