Had another great month at boot camp, I am really addicted to my weekly classes with Brand and the crew at www.getyouinshape.com. Dropped anoter 3 pounds since last weigh in and I am getting closer to my goal!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
