I’m like the opposite of people here. When I’m stressed I don’t eat. Two days ago I woke up to my kitten with her guts hanging out. The sutures broke, I just had her spayed 5 days prior. Brought her to the emergency vet cuz it was on a Saturday and when they told me the cost it almost made me sick! 😂 I had just spent 400 on her to get her spayed and the emergency care wanted 2.5k!
Spent the last couple days with no appetite but still smashed my proteins but my carbs was lacking, rested for 2days and my workout was shit today. Minimum 300g of carbs if I want to retain my workout. Have to remember that
