Hi all! Wow, it's been a minute.
I've been using this site since 2007 so there's been a few changes, not surprisingly. I'm even more into fitness now and have received my NCSF Sports Nutritionist and Personal Training certification! Woo!
That said, I still have to execute!
I'm working on my summer 'cut' starting today (coming off the winter bulk) and hope to lose a good bit of body fat over the next two months. Lifting heavy, walking a lot, and Looking forward to summer!
