Dear Diary,

Uneventful day today. Stayed on my eating plan and kept blood sugar at bay. Did my normal Sunday routine of caring for mother and checking on Lynn. Lynn gets out of the hospital tomorrow and I'll move her back into the assisted living home.

Looking forward to a busy week. Our staff is returning and school will start next week. This week is mostly orientation for new staff and training. I'm going to try and get to work at 7am so that I can walk before I start working for the day.
