Maybe research fat free and how that theory came about. I used to buy it as well. Now I focus more on limiting sugars. The human brain is very fatty and benefits from healthy fats.

I have a hard time choking down fat free/low fat anything but always willing to try.

Helibird I like to eat fat free foods that harbor bad fat and replace that by also eating foods that are high in Omega 3 fatty acids. Example, instead of eating full fat sour cream, I will mix nonfat greek yogurt with smashed avocado and a dash of salt to make a delicious sour cream that is full of healthy fat. Nothing wrong with eating fat free, but I would recommend replacing it with something more healthy.

Talked to a dude in Wisconsin in the cheese industry the other day and he said some of that processed stuff is just a few ingredients away from plastic! He says eat real Wisconsin cheese of course but just an FYI for SuperG! Rock On 💪💪

How does the flavor compare? I've been trying to find some cheese like that and give it another try.
