I remember there was a time where 385 wouldn’t even budge and it’d make see stars just trying. Now I’m playing with 4 plates. It’s incredible how well the human body can adapt, don’t like under estimate yourself

Lol thanks cheesepuff! Good to know you are easy to impress 😜 but my real pr is 485. I made this video cuz my friend said how impressive he’s seen some guy made 405 looks easy. And I told him that’s cuz it is..... This one was about moving it fast. And 405 has become my playing weight, where one time I remember not being sure to ever pull 385 Otb 405x8 is my max reps Sillykitty I apologize if I got your name wrong cuz I couldn’t memorize it. The only time I played with 4 plates of food was a few weeks ago at an all you can eat seafood buffet! 🤤🤤 Thanks everyone! Never cut yourself short

Keep it tight. Tore some of my erector spinea off when I tried heavy DLs on a cut. Maybe cutting too much, not enough sleep, etc. Whatever the cause, it was 3 months out of the gym and now I can't get over 425. Whoops! lol
